What can I customize?
Choose your watch style, then explore the available case finishes, dial designs, hands, bracelets or straps, and personal lettering. Options vary by model. The live preview updates as you design; final parts and lettering are confirmed with our studio.
How much does a custom watch cost?
Men’s builds start at $220 and women’s builds at $185 USD. Your model and movement determine the price shown in the studio. PRX builds require a quote. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before payment.
How long will my watch take?
Allow an estimated 2 weeks for a custom build, plus shipping time. We email tracking details when your watch ships. If you have a gift deadline, contact us before ordering.
Do I have to create an account or pay to design?
No. Explore the studio and preview your watch without an account or payment. Use “Email me my design” to receive a private link and return to your watch on any device. Marketing emails are optional. Review your selections and price before purchasing.
Will my watch look exactly like the preview?
The studio uses composite design previews, not photographs of inventory. Final components, finishes, fit and lettering are confirmed with our studio before your build. The finished-watch photo on this page shows an example build.
Can I get help, or return a custom watch?
Email contact@apcustomwatches.com for design help or a gift deadline. Made-to-order purchases have different return terms from ready-made products. Please read our returns and workmanship policy before ordering.

What can I customize?
Choose a watch style, case finish, bracelet or strap, dial and hand colors, and personal dial text. Depending on the model, you can also choose bezel colors, dial patterns, a GMT hand and crown position, or chronograph subdial colors. Compatible automatic builds can have an exhibition caseback and rotor inscription. The Daytona-style VK63 has a solid caseback and no rotor.
Is the preview an exact product photograph?
The builder shows a photorealistic composite design preview, not an inventory photograph. Final components, finishes, compatibility and text placement are confirmed with the studio before your build.
How do I order my design?
Complete the customization steps to review the price and buy your watch. Your selected customizations are saved with your order. Submariner-style builds are $249 with a C automatic movement or $299 with an NH35 automatic movement. Prices are in USD; applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.
How long does a custom watch take?
Customized orders have an estimated build time of 2 weeks, plus shipping time. You will receive another email with your tracking number and shipping information once the build is complete.
Can I discuss an idea or change my customization?
